Justine Seaney

As a competitive bodybuilding athlete, a recent Masters graduate in Sport & Exercise psychology and years of clinical experience in psychiatric care, I understand the importance of exercise and fitness and how it compliments psychological well-being. I strongly believe these two go hand in hand. I help my clients build a good relationship with their bodies, with food and with themselves


Through my personal training and online coaching I help my clients achieve a sustainable lifestyle and providing the tools and the knowledge to grow outside of our sessions.

Patrick Tackney

From a young age, sports and fitness have always been a major part of my life, both recreationally through football and running or competitively through rowing. As a former national level rower, with 7 years of coaching experience, I have gained in-depth knowledge of training principles around fitness, strength, nutrition and functional exercise, which I am able to pass on to those who train with me, tailoring this towards their specific goals.


Through my years of coaching, I have had the opportunity to work with all levels of clients and progress them on their fitness journey to achieve their desired results.


As a Personal Trainer and Coach, I view every client as an individual and ensure their training is effective and that they are taking the right steps towards meeting their goals.

Jo Vine

I started my fitness Journey 10 years ago as a complete beginner as we all have to! I started to enjoy the social aspect and started seeing the results I was getting. I went to classes and then wanted to get stronger and tone and was recommended a personal trainer who I worked closely with for 4 years. This completely changed my shape, and the way I trained. She was the one that suggested to qualify as a coach and my journey really began!


I love encouraging my clients and I get a buzz out of seeing their improvements.

Ash Youle

As an ex rugby league player/athlete my passion for fitness, performance and a healthy relationship with your body is something I'm very passionate about. For me 'fitness' isn't just about looking good, it's about how you function, how well your body performs and how you can improve and learn new ways to benefit your everyday living.



As a qualified strength and conditioning coach I pride myself on delivering high quality training for a wide variety of people wanting to improve both their physical strength and also their knowledge of training methods.


Through 3 years of university and additional extended learning courses I have gained a very wide and extensive amount of science proven knowledge within strength and conditioning. Helping people develop and grow is something I’m very passionate about and my aim is to help everyone reach and exceed any goals they have through a professional, fun and motivating environment.
